Walla Walla University strives to provide a safe environment in which members of the Walla Walla Community can pursue their education or work free from the detrimental effects of sex discrimination, which includes all forms of sexual harassment. 因此, the University seeks to educate students, 教师, and staff about these issues and to provide a means of recourse for those who believe they have experienced such behavior. 第九条 prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex in educational programs and activities receiving federal financial assistance. Walla Walla University is committed to providing an environment free of sex discrimination (which also includes issues of sexual harassment, 性侵犯, 约会暴力, 家庭暴力, 和跟踪). The University provides resources and reporting options to students, 教师, and staff to address concerns related to sex discrimination prohibited by 第九条 and University Policy.
